Dorian Tool is expanding its manufacturing plant with two new Doosan VMCs and a Mori Seiki Turning Center with live tooling and Y-Axis. Our VMCs arrived today and the Mori lathe is coming in a few weeks.
We’re increasing our production capacity!!! And we have a commitment to eliminate backlog, ship on time, and provide the best delivery that we can. Give us a few weeks to get the new machines installed, prepped and running.

We will be displaying our Solution Tool anti-vibration boring bar system. Solution Tool boring bars are available from 12mm diameter up to 100mm diameter, with 8xD, 10xD, 12xD and 14xD boring ratios. They are designed to machine long and deep bores without chatter or vibrations.

We will also be showcasing the New Kool Cut Modular Thru Coolant Turning, Facing and Grooving tools as well as the Jet-Stream Thru Coolant System. A coolant system designed to force hot chips away from the insert cutting edge, allowing the insert to operate at a constant low temperature, with a clean and undamaged cutting edge.
Also on our roster is our High Performance Carbide Turning Inserts, Tool Presetters, & Live Centers.
