Return Policy
Overview:
- Customers must email Sales@DorianTool.com or call (979) 282-2861 to initiate return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (New, unmodified, unused, and intact packaging)
- Customers can return any product in a period of time less than 30 days, if said product is new (Please read item number 2 for specifications on the meaning of ‘new’.) .
- Customers can return any product in a period of time of 31 to 90 days, with a 30% restocking fee, if said product is new (Please read item number 2 for specifications on the meaning of ‘new’.).
- After 90 days, no returns are accepted.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
- Dorian Tools does not cover the cost of shipping for returned items, you will be responsible.
- Initial shipping fees are non-refundable
- To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. You will have received an email with this after purchase and with your product.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
How to Return:
1. You must email Sales@DorianTool.com first and have confirmed you are eligible to return item. Do not ship without doing this first!
2. Once your eligibility is confirmed, mail your product with proof of purchase to:

3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
5. If you are denied, you are responsible for cost of return shipping including a $20 handling charge.
6. This entire process may take up to 45 days.

How can I track my purchase order?
The tracking number is on each customer’s invoice. If you do not have your invoice, it can be requested by sending an email with your PO number to sales@doriantool.com.
How do I know the speed and fees for my tool?
Cutting information, speed and fees, are in the catalog of each product. You can find them on “catalogs” page.
How can I request an RMA?
Send an email to rma@doriantool.com, including invoice number, PO number, UPC number and quantity.
